Shipping & Returns
You can return your order within 14 days in the Netherlands and within 4 weeks internationally.
Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g. damaged or wrong item), we will cover the shipping costs.
If you simply change your mind, the return costs are at your own expense.

FAQ – Returns & Shipping
1. Who pays for the return shipping?
If we made a mistake (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we pay for the return.
If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping costs.
2. How long does a return take?
Within the Netherlands: usually 3–5 working days after we receive the parcel.
International returns: 1–3 weeks depending on the courier.
3. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return.
The refund will be sent to your original payment method (iDEAL, PayPal).
4. Can I exchange a product?
Direct exchanges are not possible. Please return your item and place a new order.
